Meet my new baby!  This is Lulu, a one year old chihuahua/terrier mix that I adopted from the San Francisco SPCA.  (Looking at the picture, I don't know what's hairier - Lulu or my arm!)

Friends,

Well, I've finally wrapped up a really fun run of Nunsense Jamboree - thanks to all of you who came out to see it.  It was a lot of fun, and I look forward to donning my  priest's robes again (stay tuned for details on that!).

Right now, I'm getting ready to do my first shows in the Midwest (you can read more about that below), and I'm already thinking about Christmas and my holiday shows!

But the biggest news for me this month is to introduce you to the new lady in my life, pictured at left.  Lulu and I have been pretty much inseparable since we met - she even came to the closing performance of Nunsense Jamboree, and stayed for the cast party!  I haven't had a dog since I was 18 years old (that's right - a LONG, LONG time ago), and I am just so thrilled to have her in my life.  She's a great little traveler, so you just might get a chance to meet her yourself when I come your way.

As always, thanks for your love & support!

Milwaukee, here we come!

I'm so excited about our upcoming gig in the Milwaukee area!  I've never been to Wisconsin, and I don't know a soul within 500 miles of Milwaukee, so I was a bit concerned about how ticket sales would be, with 600 seats to fill.  But when I spoke to the box office last week, I was happily surprised to learn that there were only 9 seats left!  Thank you, Cream City - I can't wait to meet you all!

Upcoming dates for the show (click on a show to get full details):

October 17, 1:00pm, at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield WI

March 27 & 28 (2008), at Austin Cabaret Theatre in Austin, TX

We're adding more dates all the time so watch your email for a show near you, or check out the calendar on the website!

It's beginning to look a lot like...Christmas???

Yikes!  Can you believe that Christmas is only a little over 80 days away?!  Yup, it's true - and even though Halloween is still several weeks away, it's time for me to start revving up my holiday shows for 2007!!

I'm very pleased to have been invited to close out the 2007 season of the Brownville (Nebraska) Concert Series with a Christmas Gala Concert specially conceived for the Brownville audience.

This year's season in Brownville has included such jazz & cabaret luminaries as Tom Michael & Beckie Menzie, my good friend Klea Blackhurst along with Billy Stritch, and the one and only "Queen of Cabaret" herself, Andrea Marcovicci.

Along with my terrific musical director
Kelly Park, I'm taking along a bunch of my musical buddies - Terese Genecco, Barry Lloyd, and Alexandra Kaprielien - to help  bring a little California Christmas to our friends in Nebraska.

I've had many requests to bring the holiday show back to San Francisco this year, and all I'll say right now is that we're working on something really special...stay tuned for details.   We're also looking at several possibilities for the East Coast, so watch your email for details!

And don't forget!
Holiday CD's make excellent stocking stuffers (hint, hint!)

Book me for your private party or corporate event!

Though I stay plenty busy, I am available for private parties and corporate events.  If you or someone you know is looking for a way to make your event something to remember, give Aaaartistes International a call at (212) 799-4814 and see how affordable live entertainment can be!

In addition to Benedetto/Blessed, there are three other shows available for booking:

A Little Travelin' Music - a musical journey through the Great American Songbook.

The First American Idols: The Music of Rosemary Clooney and Tony Bennett - co-starring Jenna Esposito, a celebration of the lives and music of two legendary performers.

What I Want For Christmas - a cozy winter's evening of jazz and jingle bells, perfect for your next holiday party!
